Lisa Johnson

Lisa Johnson has worked for five different companies since 2005. Lisa began their career at P&H Services, Inc. as an Account Manager. In 2010, they moved to Texas Orthopedic Specialists P.A. as an Insurance Representative. In 2011, they became a Claims Resolution Manager at Ancillary Care Services, Inc. In 2014, they were hired as a Sr. Operations Manager at HealthSmart Holdings, where they were responsible for overseeing the full revenue cycle of billing and medical claims administration. Finally, in 2016, they began their current role as Director Revenue Cycle at Alacura Medical Transportation Management, where they are responsible for month end reporting and analytics, reconciling deposit postings at month end with the bank, and generating reports and communicating with third party collection agencies.

Lisa Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003. In 2018, they earned a Certified Ambulance Coder certification from NAAC, Inc.
