Sean Knue

Sean Knue currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Sales at Alafair Biosciences, Inc., a position held since November 2021. Previously, Sean was the Regenerative Business Leader at Integra LifeSciences from March 2020 to November 2021. Sean's extensive experience in sales leadership includes roles such as Sales Manager for the Eastern US, Canada, and Puerto Rico at AxoGen, Territory Manager at ACell, Inc., and Account Manager at Neomend. Additionally, Sean held positions at several medical device companies, including ev3, Curon Medical, Proxima Therapeutics, and Cyberonics, gaining a wealth of experience in the industry through acquisitions by larger corporations. Sean began a career in pharmaceuticals as a CNS Specialist and Field Trainer at Pfizer. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Physics from Oakland University and has also attended Eastern New Mexico University.
