Byron Brooks

Byron Brooks is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in custom home building and project management. As Managing Partner at Alair Homes since September 2021 and Founder/Project Manager at Brookwright since September 2013, Byron ensures high-quality project completion leveraging a background as a finishing carpenter and furniture maker. Previous roles include Finishing Carpenter at HR Pacific Construction Management Ltd. and Carpenter Foreman at Graham Construction & Management, as well as operating a renovation business as Sole Proprietor at Affinity Construction and Renovation. Education includes a Construction Project Management Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Red Seal Certification in Carpentry from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Byron has pursued ongoing education at the Inside Passage School of Fine Woodworking.
