Robert Manley

Robert Manley is currently the CEO and Director at The Way Back Reentry. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Community Council of Greater Dallas where they led a team of subgrantee partners focused on Community Service Block Grant / Transitioning Out of Poverty (TOP). Robert has also worked as the Chief Operation Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Collin County, responsible for day to day operations of Construction, Family Services, Volunteer Services, ReStore Operations, Human Resource and affiliate facilities. Manley is effective in collaborating with companies, businesses and other organizations in workforce development sector. Robert has also designed staffing agency for Achieve DFW non-profit organization to generate revenue, fee for service.

Robert Manley has a Master's degree in Cultural Leadership and Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Robert also has a BAAS in Christian Studies from Howard Payne University.
