Justin Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and tourism industries. Currently serving as the Regional Partner for Alair Homes in Ontario and NE Ohio since March 2015, Justin focuses on brand growth through franchise recruitment, training, and maintaining high-quality standards. As a Partner at Alair Homes Georgian Bay/Muskoka, Justin is dedicated to delivering custom-built homes and renovations that enhance client lifestyles. Recognized by Pro Builder Media as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2021, Justin has previously held the position of Vice President at Bowerbird Custom Design & Build Inc., where oversight of business operations and client support were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as a Professional Ski Guide and Managing Partner at Dockwerks - Total Cottage Care. Justin holds a degree in Tourism from Thompson Rivers University and attended Lakefield College School.
