Currently serving as the Group Design and Construction Director at Alamar Foods Company since January 2023, Nael previously held the position of Managing Director at Rich Line Decor Dubai from December 2011 to November 2020, where responsibilities included strategic planning, project management, and implementation of design elements in retail and F&B projects. Nael’s career began at RichLine Decor L.L.C as a Projects Manager specializing in fit-out projects from 2005 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Systems Management from the American University of Sharjah, a Design Thinking and Creativity for Business certificate from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Aleppo.
