Nick Halper

Nick Halper is an experienced Senior Mapping Technician at the Alameda County Assessor's Office since May 2023, responsible for managing tax parcels and converting maps into digital formats using ArcGIS Pro. Previously, Nick served as a Geospatial Analyst for PG&E at Quanta Utility Engineering Services from May 2019 to May 2023, handling CAD/mapping projects and training new employees. Nick also held roles such as Ambassador at SPUR and GIS Analyst for Apple, Inc. at Apex Systems, where responsibilities included managing mapping analytics and facilitating project completion. Nick's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Sonoma State University and a GIS certification from San Francisco State University.
