Dr. Nicole A. Pierce-Davis

Dr. Nicole A. Pierce-Davis, Ed.D., currently serves as the Chief of Whole Child Programs at the Alameda County Office of Education, overseeing initiatives that support student well-being in educational environments. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services at Newark Unified School District, where a commitment to developing the unique abilities of every student was emphasized, and Co Director at Oakland Unified School District, focusing on a diverse student body at Skyline High School. Dr. Pierce-Davis has also held positions as Principal of United for Success Academy, Head of Primary School at Madison Park Business and Art Academy, and Founding Principal at Stellar Preparatory High School. A dedicated educator with experience as a teacher and instructional coach at West Oakland Middle School, Dr. Pierce-Davis holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University.
