Efren R. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in design, web development, and operations. Currently serving as a Labor Delegate for CSEA ALACO Chapter 615 at the Alameda Labor Council, AFL-CIO, since September 2024, and as a Website Developer for the Alameda County Office of Education since August 2021, Efren R. supports web content maintenance and manages various CMS platforms. As the Owner and Principal Designer of viseonepro.com since January 2000, exceptional design solutions have been provided across print and web. Previous roles include Owner and Designer for Underlined & Bold Apparel, where innovative apparel campaigns were developed, and Design Program Manager at ZoMazz, overseeing production in China. Additional experience includes graphic design roles at Wells Fargo, the San Francisco Examiner, and the Bay Area News Group, complemented by degrees from Silicon Valley College and DeVry University in graphic design and web graphic design.
