Kerri Smyth Pe

Kerri Smyth, PE, currently serves as an Associate Engineer at Alameda County Water District, where responsibilities include managing the design and construction of a complex $23M PFAS treatment project and overseeing capital improvement projects for the water supply and distribution system. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Engineer at Zone 7 Water Agency, focusing on post-disaster rehabilitation and flood control channel design, and as a Water Resources Engineer I at ARCADIS, where tasks involved designing improvements for wastewater recycling facilities and preparing urban water management plans. Kerri's background also includes environmental health initiatives with the Peace Corps, process engineering at Manny Menendez Consulting, and internship positions at AECOM related to traffic and civil engineering. Kerri holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering, Spanish, and International Studies from Penn State University.
