Daphne Robert

Daphne Robert is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Technical Services Director - Shared Services at Alameda County since September 2001. With a proven track record in transformation and technology team building, Daphne has extensive expertise in databases, cloud migration, DevOps solutions, data governance, GIS, and application SQL. Prior roles include Head of Shared Services, managing teams such as Database Management, GIS, Peoplesoft Admin, and DevOps Tools, and DBA Manager, overseeing various aspects of database administration. Prior to Alameda County, Daphne worked as a Sr. DBA at Kaiser Permanente IT and as an Application DBA at SBC. Daphne holds an MS in Computer Applications from PSG College of Technology and a BS in Applied Sciences from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
