Saleemah Jones

Saleemah Jones is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in community development and various legal roles. Currently serving as a Community Development Specialist at Alameda County since April 2019, Saleemah also works as an Associate Attorney at Bay Area Legal Aid, a position held since May 2017. With experience dating back to 2005, Saleemah has held significant roles in organizations such as Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, City of Fort Worth, and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Prior legal experience includes working as a Child Support Officer III at the Attorney General of Texas from April 2003 to August 2004. Saleemah holds a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Grambling State University.
