Syed Balkhi

Syed Balkhi is an experienced Information Technology System Specialist currently employed at Alameda County since July 2020, where responsibilities include researching and recommending new technologies to enhance system performance and discussing workflow changes related to software implementation. Previously, Syed worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Tech Exchange from January 2020 to July 2020, identifying hardware performance issues and assessing new system technologies. Earlier experience includes an internship focusing on the installation, configuration, and usability of computing equipment, and serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Fry's Electronics from March 2015 to March 2019, coaching team members and providing support to service associates.
