Teresa Shambaugh

Teresa Shambaugh has over three decades of experience in the field of human resources. Currently serving as a Human Resources Technician at Alameda County since February 2009, Teresa is responsible for a variety of HR functions. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as a Human Resources Representative at North American Title Company from 1992 to 2009, where valuable skills and expertise were developed in HR operations.
