Terry Grant

Terry Grant, MBA, brings extensive experience in human resources, entrepreneurship, and community service. Serving as the Departmental Human Resources Officer for Alameda County since April 2016, Terry is the primary contact for civil rights discrimination complaints and workplace violence issues, collaborating closely with various agencies for compliance and training. As the principle owner of Dalini Holdings Inc., a laundry service provider, and the owner of multiple rental properties through Makao Group Inc., Terry demonstrates a strong business acumen. Additionally, active involvement with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. as Director of Social Action highlights a commitment to social responsibility. Terry holds an MBA from Concordia University Chicago, a Master of Science in Criminology from San José State University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Albany State University.
