Heather Little

Heather Little is currently the Director of Clinical and Program Operations at Alameda Family Services and serves as an Alameda Unified School Board Trustee since December 2020. With extensive experience in early childhood systems and quality assurance, Heather has held key positions including Senior Quality Training Specialist at Penumbra, Inc. and Early Childhood Systems Director at the First 5 Association of California, where impactful policy influence and program enhancements were achieved. Previous roles include Open Government Commissioner for the City of Alameda and Quality Assurance Assistant Director at Seneca Center, along with experience as a Special Education Consultant and Teacher. Heather holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Miami University.
