Jayalakshmi Iyer

Jayalakshmi Iyer, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Jayalakshmi began their career at Nevis Networks(I) Pvt. Ltd. in 2004 as a Senior Human Resources Associate and continued in this role until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Starent Networks as a Senior Human Resources Executive. In 2012, they joined USSP as a Human Resources Assistant and worked until 2014. Jayalakshmi then returned to USSP in 2015 as a Human Resources Coordinator until 2017. Currently, Jayalakshmi is working at Alameda Health System since 2017. Jayalakshmi has held various positions in the company, including HR Compliance & Service Center Representative, Lead HR Compliance & Service Center, and currently serves as a Human Resources Compliance Specialist.

Jayalakshmi Iyer pursued their education at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2003. During this period, they obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
