Jordan Edwards, MD, MPH is an experienced medical professional currently serving as a Resident Physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at Alameda Health System since June 2024. Between May 2021 and May 2024, Jordan was an ElevateMed Scholar at ElevateMeD, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underrepresented medical students. Prior to this, Jordan worked as a Medical Scribe for the Medical Scribe Alliance from August 2017 to June 2019 and completed an internship at Arizona Chemical, where contributions included developing organic synthesis methods and authoring a company white paper. Jordan's research experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at UF Health from May 2014 to August 2015, focusing on analytical techniques in synthetic organic preparation. Educational achievements include dual MD degrees from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Florida.
