Justin Nool

Justin Nool, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Alameda Health System, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at Dashe Cellars as a Tasting Room Associate since October 2020, and served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Royal Ambulance from March 2020 to March 2024. At Royal Ambulance, Justin led significant recruitment initiatives and strategic talent management efforts, resulting in a substantial increase in headcount and the successful placement of executive roles. Earlier experience includes the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Onward, as well as Physician Recruiter and Executive Recruiter roles at Alameda Health System. Justin's career also includes stints in healthcare recruitment with Yoh and staffing management at 24 Hour Home Care. Justin earned a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis.
