Ali Lemaster

Ali LeMaster currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Enablement at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a role held since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, associate care, and ensuring associate satisfaction. Previous experiences include various roles at Nordstrom, ranging from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Assistant, where notable achievements included maintaining the lowest time-to-fill rate in the region and receiving multiple awards for performance excellence. Ali LeMaster holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Behavioral Science from Middle Tennessee State University and is pursuing an MBA at Florida Atlantic University, anticipated to complete in December 2026.
