Tuan Nguyen

Tuan Nguyen's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare and technology industry. Tuan began their career at Raland Technologies, LLC as an Interpretation Service Coordinator/Translator. From 2011 to 2014, Tuan worked at the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Field Service Technician, providing technical support for information technology clients. Tuan then transitioned to the role of Application Analyst, where they created and mapped workstation and printer records for Epic-related printing projects and troubleshooted complex printing issues. From 2018 to 2021, Tuan worked as a Senior Application Analyst at the University of Rochester Medical Center, offering Epic system and build support for clinical clients. Tuan provided feedback and recommendations to improve workflow and participated in meetings discussing projects and upgrades. Most recently, Tuan worked at United Community & Family Services as an EHR System Analyst, providing Epic build support for various departments and leading the integration of external software with Epic.

Tuan Nguyen has a strong educational background in the field of healthcare administration and management. Tuan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint John Fisher College from 2009 to 2011.
