Phillip Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, investment, and conference management. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Alamo Angels and Founder of Mission Mentor Consulting, Phillip has previously held leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Geekdom, and Conference Director for San Antonio Startup Week. Phillip's background includes significant positions at Rackspace, where responsibilities spanned service delivery management to account management, as well as operational roles at Codeup, where oversight of daily functions and curriculum development was key.
