Maximilien Delétoille

Maximilien Delétoille has extensive work experience in various management roles. Maximilien worked at Alamo Group Inc. as the Vice President of Operations Canada for the Alamo Snow & Ice Team. Maximilien was responsible for manufacturing, upfitting, and distributing snow and ice removal equipment.

Prior to that, Delétoille worked at SOPREMA Canada as the Plant Director for XPS Insulation + Recycling. Maximilien managed the operations of the XPS insulation foam and PS recycling activities, promoted plant philosophy, and ensured operational performance. Maximilien also managed the purchasing department and implemented a 3-year investment plan to increase capacity.

Before SOPREMA Canada, Delétoille held various roles at SOPREMA IBERIA and SOPREMA France, including Industrial Manager and Plant Production Manager. Maximilien also worked as an Industrial Manager at APS - APPLIFRANCE where they oversaw metal surface treatments.

Delétoille began their career at COVED as a Stagiaire in the central technical department, where they conducted field studies and audits related to waste collection activities.

Maximilien Delétoille attended Mount House School starting in 1994. After completing their education there, they went on to study at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2000 to 2004.
