Jason Rowe

Jason Rowe has a range of work experience in various roles. Jason is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Alamogordo Public Schools since March 2023. Prior to this position, they had a long career in the United States Air Force. During their time in the Air Force, they held several roles, including Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager, Aviation Personnel Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Flightline Expeditor, and Dedicated Crew Chief. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, mentoring and training team members, ensuring quality assurance in aircraft maintenance programs, managing human resources initiatives, and coordinating maintenance actions on aircrafts. Jason Rowe has an extensive education history that includes both formal degrees and certifications. Jason began their educational journey by earning an Associate in Applied Science degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force. Following this, Jason pursued further education in the field of computer science and information technology at Park University from 2007 to 2009.

In 2016, Jason enrolled at the American Military University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Jason continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from 2021 to 2024.

In addition to their formal degrees, Jason has also obtained several certifications. Jason holds the certifications of Certified Project Manager (CPM), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Star 6 Sigma Global Academy.
