Cesar Krischer

Cesar Krischer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, process improvement, and data analysis. Currently serving as Systems Engineering Manager at Alan Baird Industries since November 2021, Cesar has successfully automated metrics acquisition and reporting through advanced Python ETL solutions. Previously, as a Process Engineer at Howmet Aerospace, significant contributions were made in applying statistical tools and Machine Learning for production yield enhancements. Cesar has also held roles as Continuous Improvement Engineer at Abra Fence Inc, Planning Engineer at Estrutural Serviços Industriais, and Researcher at Institut Carnot Chimie Balard Cirimat. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
