Lisa Cisneros is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, payroll, benefits, and performance management. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Alan Baird Industries since April 2022, Lisa leads the HR department in supporting staff and management within a specialty wire and cable manufacturing environment.
