Marion Bergeret

Marion Bergeret serves as General Counsel at Alan since June 2020, leading the Corporate Unit and ensuring the organization's protection through risk management, legal expertise, and corporate governance. Additionally, Marion is an angel investor in multiple start-ups, including Semper, and has been invited to teach classes on innovating in regulated industries and digital law at prominent universities such as Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School. Prior experience includes roles at Sonos, Inc. as Associate General Counsel and at Snips as VP of Legal & General Counsel, where Marion oversaw the integration of Snips into Sonos. Marion's earlier career features positions at Baker & McKenzie, as well as various law firms, focusing on technology, privacy, and commercial law. Education credentials include an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, and a BA in French Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
