Randa Hamzeh

Randa Hamzeh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business administration. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the AUB Suliman S. Olayan School of Business since April 2017, Randa is responsible for planning and delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops, as well as developing and updating course materials. Additionally, Randa holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at ALARGAN International Real Estate Company since February 2020 and serves as a Human Resources Consultant for Saber Middle East since October 2019. Previous roles include Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at Al-Sayer Group Holding from August 2012 to October 2017, and Talent Management and HR Strategic Business Partner at the National Bank of Kuwait from June 2007 to August 2012. Randa’s career began as a Training Manager at Credit Libanais from 2002 to 2007. Randa holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the American University of Beirut (2015-2017).
