Liang Chen

Liang Chen has a diverse work experience in software engineering and product management roles. Liang started their career at Neusoft as a Software Engineer, where they developed Sony XDCAM HD disc driver software. Liang then joined MicroStrategy, where they worked as a Solutions Engineer, developing iOS clients for various applications. Liang then took on roles as a Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Design Engineer, and Product Owner at MicroStrategy, where they worked on different projects involving marketplace applications, digital identity applications, and the development of the MicroStrategy Usher app. Liang later became a Senior Product Owner and Engineering Manager, leading a new R&D team at MicroStrategy's forward-looking division, Hyper Intelligence. Most recently, Liang joined Alarm.com as a Software Technical Lead.

Liang Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they hold certifications in Graph Data Modeling Fundamentals from Neo4j and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which were obtained in September 2021 and an unspecified year in the future, respectively.
