Rachel Overstrom

Rachel Overstrom has extensive work experience in various roles. Rachel began their career at Aramark as Vita Nova Front of House Student Manager/Aramark Scholar in February 2015. In June 2015, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Le Pain Quotidien. Following this, they joined Simpli in March 2016 as an Experience Manager and later became an Account Manager from October 2018 to September 2019. Currently, Rachel is employed at Alarm.com, where they started as a Training Coordinator in September 2019. Rachel then progressed to the role of Senior Associate, Training Operations from March 2021 to May 2023, and is currently working as the Lead, Training Operations.

Rachel Overstrom has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Delaware. Rachel also attended the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) for an undisclosed degree or field of study. In addition, they obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council in January 2023.
