Roeland Doherty

Roeland Doherty is an experienced professional with a diverse background in philosophy, education, and innovation. Currently serving as a Docent filosofie at ALASCA since September 2024, Roeland previously held positions such as Lead Facilitator & Head of Training at oneUp, where expertise in business model innovation was utilized. Roeland also worked as an Agile Coach/Trainer at Agile Scrum Group, an International Growth Hacking Trainer and Public Speaker at Growth Tribe Academy, and a Growth Marketer at Upinion. Early experiences include serving as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan and an intern at the European Commission. Roeland holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, Economics & Sociology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam, supplemented by training in Digital Innovation and Design Thinking at Hyper Island.
