Glyn Drever

Glyn Drever is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and solution architecture. Currently serving as the ITSM Solution Lead and Senior Developer at Alaska Airlines since February 2016, Glyn is responsible for leading Cherwell design and development while performing Scrum Master duties. Prior to this role, Glyn worked at OTSI as an ITSM Architect, focusing on technical delivery and implementation of Cherwell solutions. Glyn's background also includes a significant tenure at Weyerhaeuser, where roles spanned from Application Architect to IT Technical Lead, overseeing ITSM system integration, configuration of HP Service Manager, and managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions. Glyn's educational foundation in Computer Science Software Engineering was developed at Medicine Hat College from 1982 to 1984.
