Jacob Minkel

Jacob Minkel is a seasoned product designer currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Alaska Airlines since January 2022. Jacob owns JM interactive, a small agency focused on web-based design solutions since June 2009. Previous experience includes roles such as Sr Product Designer at The Walt Disney Company, Sr UI/UX Designer at L4 Digital, Lead Designer at Black Pixel, and design positions at OpenCar and Ubermind, where Jacob developed mobile applications and design strategies for notable clients. Early career positions include web development and design internships at King County and EducationDynamics. Jacob holds an AAS in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institutes, attained between 2007 and 2009.
