Kristin Fuson

Kristin Fuson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality since November 2023. At Alaska Airlines, Kristin has held various roles since June 2001, advancing to the position of Director of People Operations and Technology, where responsibilities include managing HR technology and analytics to enhance workplace culture. Kristin's notable achievements include leading the integration of Alaska Airlines and Virgin Air during an industry-transforming merger, as well as managing large-scale projects that significantly increased revenue. With a background in engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, Kristin has developed expertise in strategic project management and operational leadership within complex, multifaceted environments.
