Ryan Scott

Ryan Scott is an experienced product design manager with a strong background in user experience (UX) design, currently serving as the Manager of Product Design at Alaska Airlines since October 2017. In this role, Ryan has led multiple initiatives, including the development of customer support applications, mobile app platforms, and design systems, resulting in significant cost savings across various operational areas. Prior experience includes roles as Lead UX Designer at CopsForHire and CRRNT, as well as senior positions at Benefitfocus, Getty Images, Microsoft, and others. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Washington University and has a well-established track record in optimizing product user experiences and driving team growth.
