Currently a Flight Attendant and Inflight Instructor at Alaska Airlines since March 2015, Sean excels in safety and customer service while contributing to the training of fellow flight attendants. Prior to this, Sean has held multiple leadership positions in technology and operations, including Managing Director roles at Bank of America where responsibilities encompassed delivering technology platforms for governance and risk management, as well as expanding the Singapore global service center. Initially starting as a Senior Communications Engineer at American Airlines, Sean's extensive career also includes early experience as a ski technician. An alumnus of The University of Tulsa with a BS in Computer Science, Sean is actively seeking new opportunities to leverage technology and customer service expertise.
