Troy Stengrim

Troy Stengrim is currently the Director of Christian Education at Charity Free Will Baptist Church since October 2023. With a long tenure at Alaska Airlines beginning in April 2006, Troy holds the position of Sr Airframe Vendor Maintenance Partner and has previously served as Heavy Maintenance Long Range Planner and Heavy Maintenance Planner, focusing on maintenance planning and downtime improvements. Prior experience includes roles at Goodrich from November 1991 to March 2006, including Driver Lead Mechanic and Production Coordinator, where Troy managed workflow and scheduling for heavy maintenance checks. Troy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies at Randall University, expected to complete in May 2028, and holds an A&P license in Aviation Maintenance from Cheyenne Aerotech.
