Michelle Borgeson

Michelle Borgeson, CPA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Pursuit Collection, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes a managerial role in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at DT Midstream from May 2021 to August 2025, during which an IPO was achieved with a market cap of $10 billion.
