Cathryn Stovall

Cathryn Stovall has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Veritiv since July 2015, where responsibilities include SEC reporting and supporting Investor Relations. Previously, Stovall held various finance-related positions at AT&T from August 2005 to July 2015, including Associate Director of Finance, overseeing budgeting and forecasting for AT&T Wireless, and serving as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting. Stovall's earlier roles include Assistant Controller at AmeriCold Logistics, Corporate Controller at EduTrek International/American Intercontinental University, Accounting Manager at Harris Corporation, and Financial Auditor at PwC. Stovall holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
