James Wiedle

James started with AHFC as a research analyst in 1997. He has held several positions in both the planning and budget departments. As director for the budget department he is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of AHFC’s operating and capital budgets.

James has more than 20 years experience in program development, housing market research, financial analysis and budget planning. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology.

When he is not working, James is often enjoying his hobbies that include, photography, astronomy, amateur radio and woodworking. Both James and his wife enjoy traveling throughout the United States, and especially RVing through the Great State of Alaska during summer.
