Jake Luce

Jake Luce is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within public service and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Change Officer at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since July 2022, Jake Luce has previously held multiple positions at the NYC Transit Authority, including Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor. Prior to this, Jake Luce was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group from July 2015 to July 2022. Jake Luce also contributed to recovery efforts at the New York City Office of Management and Budget and held various roles within the Mayor's Office. Academically, Jake Luce earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Reed College.
