Computer Aided Design System Administrator at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium

Amber Hess has over 20 years of work experience in computer-aided design (CAD) roles. Currently, they are working as a Computer Aided Design System Administrator at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) since March 2021. Before that, they worked at ANTHC - DEHE for 15 years, starting in 2006. In this role, they served as a Lead CAD Technician - Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of three employees, overseeing workload, training, and ensuring work quality. Amber'smain tasks involved drafting and designing utility services for rural Alaska Native villages, including water treatment plants, sewage systems, and storage tanks. Prior to their role at ANTHC - DEHE, Amber worked at DOWL HKM as a Senior CAD Technician for 6 years. During this time, they focused on drafting and designing utilities and roads for urban subdivisions and shopping areas.

Amber Hess completed their Associate's Degree in Computer Science in Computer Technology at Charter College from 1998 to 2000. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, specializing in B.S. Business Management at Charter College from 2008 to 2010.
