Bo Arteaga has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2008, they started as a Shareholder Development/Chugach Heritage Foundation Intern at Chugach Alaska Corporation, where they worked until 2012. They then joined Chugach Alaska Services, LLC in 2015 as a Staffing Program Apprentice, later becoming an Assistant Staffing Program Manager from 2017 to 2018, and ultimately serving as a Staffing Program Manager until 2020. Bo Arteaga then transitioned to Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) in 2020 and worked as a Recruiter until 2021. They briefly worked as a Recruiter at NANA from July 2021 to December 2021. Currently, Bo Arteaga holds the position of Community Sourcing & Engagement Specialist at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) starting from January 2022.
