Ashley Handel

Ashley Handel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Executive Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo from May 2023 to March 2025. Prior roles include Vice President and Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo, as well as Senior and Human Resources Business Partner positions at Silicon Valley Bank from July 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes being a Human Resources Business Partner at Boston Private and Penserra, where Ashley held the title of Human Resources Director. Initial career steps were taken at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) as a Behaviorist/Senior Trainer. Ashley Handel holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California.
