Elijah Brophy started their work experience in 2007 as a Technical Producer for the Anchorage Daily News. Elijah then became a Technical Assistant II - Web Development at Washington State University from September to November 2008. Following that, they worked as a Web Coordinator at Washington State University from December 2008 to June 2011. Elijah then joined Washington State University Spokane as a Database Administrator | Application Developer from June 2011 to May 2013. After that, they worked at Alaska Communications as a Web Applications Developer from May 2013 to July 2013. Currently, they are a Senior Computer Programmer/Analyst at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, starting from July 2013.

Elijah Brophy began their education at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Microcomputer Support Specialist. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Alaska Anchorage, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems.
