Jen Freeman

Jen Freeman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jen is currently working as an Analytics Adoption Lead at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a User Satisfaction Manager at Alaska USA from February 2020 to July 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Jen worked at Alaska USA in various roles. Jen served as a Project Manager, responsible for managing technology and financial services projects, including applications, hardware, platform migrations, and process improvements. Jen also worked as a Project Analyst during this time.

Before joining Alaska USA, Jen worked at the United States District Court from 2010 to 2015 as a Systems Analyst/Programmer. Prior to that, they were an Imaging Specialist, responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution for imaging systems. Jen also worked as an Indirect Lending Funder, ensuring loan compliance and disbursing loan funds.

Jen Freeman completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, which took place from 2014 to 2016. Jen'sundergraduate education was attained at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Web Design from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jen Freeman also holds certifications in Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Assembly™, which they obtained in May 2019, and they are also certified in ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they received in November 2017.
