Patrick (Pat) Hoyes has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Patrick (Pat) began their career in the US Army, where they served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Tank Platoon Leader, Battalion Personnel Officer, and Tank Company Commander. Patrick (Pat) was also involved in developing standards for the Verification and Validation of Distributed Interactive Simulations.

After leaving the military, Pat worked at Disneyland Resort, where they held roles as Manager of Industrial Engineering, Forecasting Manager, and Operations Manager. Patrick (Pat) led teams in planning and recording operating labor for thousands of employees and played a crucial role in the successful opening of new theme parks and entertainment areas.

Pat then joined Sprint Nextel, where they worked in different managerial positions. As Director of Master Program Management, they led a team in the redesign of business processes. Patrick (Pat) also managed process improvement initiatives in the Wholesale Markets Service Operations.

Following their tenure at Sprint Nextel, Pat worked at Triple-I Corporation as Vice President of Operations. In this role, they provided leadership and management for the company's daily operations and asset development. Patrick (Pat) also consulted with clients on various topics, including data analysis and visualization, IT optimization, and process improvement.

Pat then served as Director of Operations at Shield Casework, where they were responsible for improving the performance and profitability of departmental and organizational operations. Patrick (Pat) led various departments, including project management, engineering, and production.

Before their current role, Pat held positions at ECCO Select and HyperVelocity Consulting. At ECCO Select, they worked as an Associate Program Manager, leading remote teams and focusing on data center automation and analytics. Patrick (Pat) also served as a Project and Process Delivery Management Consultant, overseeing the implementation of technology projects at UMB Bank.

Currently, Pat is the Enterprise Portfolio Director at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). In this role, they are responsible for establishing and managing an enterprise project management office, prioritizing projects, and ensuring effective execution.

Throughout their career, Pat has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on process improvement.

Patrick (Pat) Hoyes has an impressive education history. Patrick (Pat) holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology and General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Patrick (Pat) also possesses a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University.
