LeeAnn Cooper Garrick spent her early childhood in Petersburg, Alaska, before moving to Eagle River. She is a CIRI shareholder and member of the Ninilchik Natives Association and the Kenaitze Indian Tribe. She completed her undergraduate degree and two master’s degrees at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
LeeAnn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Cook Inlet Tribal Council and oversees participant programs in the areas of Child & Family Services, Recovery Services, Education & Training and Youth Empowerment.
