Valeria Martinez has a strong background in finance and investments. Valeria started their career as a Real Estate, Hedge Funds and Private Equity Accountant at Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation in 2007 and gradually moved up to become the Director of Investments - Asset Allocation Strategies in 2018. In between, they held roles such as Risk and Asset Allocation Analyst and Director of Risk and Allocation Strategies. Valeria also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alaska starting in 2016.
Valeria Martinez pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska Southeast. Prior to that, they studied Political Science and Government at Lindenwood University and International Relations and Affairs at Universidad del Salvador.
