Olivia Pinto

Olivia Pinto currently serves as the Head of Commercial Legal at Alation, where responsibilities began in December 2021 as the first counsel to support the company's expansion into EMEA. Prior to this, Olivia worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions from August 2018 to December 2021 as Corporate Counsel, focusing on negotiation and drafting agreements across multiple regions including the EU, UK, and Brazil, and was instrumental in the South America expansion as the first counsel in that area. Olivia's experience also includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Localiza Hertz from September 2016 to August 2018, where work involved risk identification related to new technologies and contract drafting, along with a rotation in the Ride Sharing department. Earlier legal experience includes an associate attorney position specializing in Environmental and Mining Law at William Freire Advogados Associados between August 2015 and September 2016. Olivia holds an MBA in Corporate Finance, Controllership, and Audit from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
